    流量传感器

    流量传感器是什么？

    流量传感器（或流量指示器）是用于测量经过的液体、气体或蒸气量的流量计设备。它们又称为流量计或液体表。流量传感器可用作时间测量装置（用于测量设定时间段内的流量），或者它们可以作为持续测量流经介质的累计流量表。

    流量传感器由主介质连接装置、传感器和发射器组成。传感器感应流经主设备的液体。发射器通过原始传感器信号产生输出信号。

    流量传感器的类型

    叶轮流量传感器或涡轮流量传感器：常见的流量传感器类型之一。传感器连接到液体流经并转动叶轮的管道，主设备会在叶轮转动时计算速度。这种简单的结构外形小巧，可进行大容量测量。缺点是易堵塞，需要维护以解决轴向磨损问题，否则需要更换叶轮。

    可变面积流量传感器又称Rotaflow流量计：通过锥形管和浮子设计识别。由于成本低、结构简单，压降低以及线性输出，广泛用于气体和液体流量测量。

    磁感应传感器：这类传感器可检测三种过程参数，即体积流量、消耗量和介质温度。

    流量传感器的应用

    每种类型的流量传感器都有自己的特定应用和安装限制。没有适合所有流量计的通用尺寸。选择正确流量计的方法是将应用作为指南，而非技术。许多技术在多种应用中都能很好地发挥作用。从应用着手，将有助于根据精确度、成本、耐用性和可靠性选择技术，而不是尝试使技术适合您的应用。适用的应用包括：

    • 水处理
    • 冷却系统
    • 工业清洗系统
    • 灌溉

    需要考虑的因素：

    • 被测的流体是什么，如果不是水，粘度是多少？
    • 速率测量还是总和？
    • 显示还是信号输出？
    • 最小和最大流速、工艺压力和工艺温度是多少？
